Its the perfect location to try a traditional and ancient art and we will have you hitting the targets within a few throws. Immerse yourself into the woodland environment and imagine you are in a medieval battle.
All our instructors have many years of experience in delivering axe throwing derbyshire sessions. We will have you hitting the targets in no time at all. Firstly they will give you expert tuition on how to hold the axes and stand correctly. Secondly, they can give individual tips to help make your throwing more accurate. You will use modern small tomahaks which are suitable for all abilities and add to the enjoyment and fun. More importantly, you will get the chance to throw plenty of practice axes. This helps to perfect your new found skill and take you back to medieval times. After this it is competition time and oh yes it gets very competitive. We can also vary the throwing distance for that extra challenge.
Axe Trowing is a superb activity for Stag and Hen Parties as it brings everyone together. Also it gets very competitive so let the battle commence!! It is also the perfect activity for team building, family groups, couples and friends.
You can also combine the axe throwing with one of our other woodland activities. Why not make a whole day of it and cook lunch as well on the open fire pit.
