Set up Teamplay Outdoor Activities over 12 years ago after many years of working in the outdoor activity and training sector for providers predominantly in the Peak District and also throughout the United Kingdom. Has a great depth and knowledge of the outdoors and environment gained from the enjoyment and experiences of groups and individuals over the last 30 years. ‘Nothing is a problem as there is always a solution’-an ethos Andy embraces with work or training for his next long distance triathlon.
Over recent years Andy has trained in transitional coaching enabling him to work at greater depth with groups and individuals in any situation especially fitness and well being.

Deb has a background in marketing and product development and since having 3 amazing children has retrained as a Primary School teacher and now works at a local school. She enjoys all aspects of the business and now specialises on designing the schools and education onsite activity days.
