Covid – 19 Policy 

Outdoor Activities Derbyshire

This policy is with effect from July 2020 and will continue to be update following the government guidelines. 

All booking must be made in advance and every participant will be required to complete the consent form prior to any activity taking place.  The consent form is also now used as our track and trace therefore we will keep this information for 21 days. 

If government guidance means we are unable to continue with your booking due to a further lockdown period for hospitality business, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative date if possible. 

Activity Procedure 

There will only be one group in the woodland at anytime with a morning session lasting from 9:30am until 12:30pm and the afternoon session lasting from 1:30pm until 4:30pm.  These are maximum times which include arrival and departure.  If you are booked in for the full day then you can arrive from 9:30am and must vacate by 4:30pm. 

Our offsite Archery Events will follow the policy and guidelines of the venue we are working at. 

Our onsite events at Schools will follow the policy and guidelines for the premises where the event is taking place. 

On arrival and departure from the site you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser and also before and after any archery session. 

A full activity briefing will be given by the instructor while observing the 2m distance and when close contact is required on an instructional level then the instructor will wear a face mask. 

All equipment will be sterilised after use and only used once each day. 

Food and Drink 

You are welcome to cook your own food on the open fires; we will provide the pans, and these will be sterilised after each use.  You will need to provide all other utensils and plates, cups etc.., All litter will need to be taken away from the site so please make sure you have the means to take this with you.
